What are Popular Magic Cards?

If you've been to the homepage recently you will notice a new change from the usual stream of latest cards. Like many of you, we want to see quality cards rise to the top, while filtering out some of the "noise" that anonymous users can occasionally make. Popular Magic Cards is an attempt to showcase this on the front of the site. Today, we're happy to release this often requested feature.

We know there are concerns that Popular Cards are only going to reward well known members. However, unlike the Featured Card, we are not selecting these cards for display. Popular Cards are only shown as a result of interactions and feedback from the community itself. This is such a huge community, the cards displayed will be changing quite frequently. Just like you, we don't want this to get confused with or devalue the Featured Card and it's author (congrats!).

Also, the Latest Cards view hasn't disappeared and is easily viewable through the links and buttons we've added across the homepage.
