Time, The Conduit of All
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, they must choose one from
Past, Present, or Future, then add one Tick counter to Time, The
Conduit of All.
• Past—Return target spell from your graveyard to your
hand.
• Present —Target creature you control gains first strike
until end of turn.
• Future —Scry 3, then draw a card
Whenever Time, The Conduit of All has 12 or more Tick counters on
it, exile it and return it to the battlefield
