Eminence—As long as the collector is in the
command zone or the battlefield, whenever a creature an opponent controls dies, create a Dead Cell token; whenever The Beheaded One kills a commander an opponent controls create a Boss Cell token; you may cast artifact spells by sacrificing an equal amount of Dead Cell tokens equal to its converted mana cost.

If you control The Collector then if you control five Boss Cell tokens you win the game.
