Temporal Folding

Restart the game, with a condition chosen at random:
*Each player leaves on the battlefield up to three lands he or she controls.
*Each player leaves on the battlefield a nonland permanent he or she controls, chosen at random.
*Each player's life total remains the same.
*Each player draws two starting hands instead of one, and shuffles one into his or her library at the start of the game. (If a player mulligans, he or she shuffles both hands in and draws two new hands.)
