Ryota gains +X/+X until end of turn, where X is
the sacrificed permanent’s power.

As long as you control creatures named Kenya, Gale, Alice, and Chloe, Ryota gets +4/+4 and gains "Whenever Ryota attacks, you may put a +1/+1 counter on another target creature you control."
