Poor Gift

When Poor Gift enters the battlefield, destroy target artifact you control.

At the beginning of each players turn, if there
are 10 Poor Gifts on the battlefield, flip a coin,
on a head destroy all Poor Gifts, on a tails each player gets a tapped fish that cannot attack or defend.
