Old school version

Whenever an opponent discards a card, remove that card from the game with a stash counter on it. During your turn, you may play cards you don’t own removed from the game with stash counters as though they were in your hand. You may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast those spells. {3}{B}, {Originaltap} : Each opponent discards a card. Play this ability only any time you could cast a sorcery.
