When James enters the battlefield or attacks, choose a nonland type and conjure a legal spell of that type. It can be casted from exile for it’s normal cost. (To conjure a card, generate a random card of the specified type and place it in exile. conjured cards go to a separate exile pile that cannot be interacted with by anything instead of going to the graveyard.) If a conjured card shares one or more colors with your commander, then you may cast it from exile without paying it’s mana cost.
