Non-creature spells you cast cost {1} less to cast.
{2}{w}{t}: Scry 1 then each player may reveal the top card of their library. For each creature revealed this way create a 1/1 black Transylvanian token creature. If a land is revealed search your library for a basic land
and put it in your hand, then shuffle your library. Each player who revealed a card
draws a card.
