Booster Portal

Open a Magic booster, do not look at the cards, and place them face-up on the Booster Portal. At the beginning of your upkeep, choose Draw or Portal. If you choose Draw, you draw your regular card during your upkeep. If you choose Portal, you do not draw a card; instead, you play the top card from the Booster Portal.
