Fixes\updates\upcoming:

• Fixed an empty set symbol upon editing a new planeswalker card.
• Cleaned up some weird 404 displays when visiting a broken link.
• Begun searching for the mysterious new Wastes mana symbol from Oath of the Gatewatch.
• We're prepping for an archive purge for inactive accounts. If you have accounts that haven't logged in since June 2015, please log in before Jan 1, 2016 in order to preserve your cards - or they will be purged to make room for others.
